September 2025
Construction has started!
At the beginning of September the construction works started at high speed.
After three weeks the excavation works of almost all houses have been finalized and the first foundation slabs are also concreted.
This means that the works will be reaching the second milestone in the next days.
The General Contractor is also taking care of the beautiful existing trees to ensure proper preservation.
With the sale of the first 4 houses also the process for client changes is in full progress, this is because the construction of the houses will be evolving quickly.
